My gut instinct was originally, no way there's no way Connor McGregor would do something like this. Then I immediately remembered that this is exactly something he would do.

I mean the guy punches faces for a living and probably has early stage CTE. If I had hundreds of millions I’d probably do the cocaine but less women beating. That would be a good place to be. Drugs.. and no battery charges against women.

Yeah, not a lot of people know this but if you have a lot of money you can pay people to have sex with you and you don't have to hit them at all.
140
u/adamthinks 9d ago
This accusation isn't about sex. She said he went in a rage out of nowhere and started screaming at her , then kicked her in the stomach and punched her in the face. Then started screaming at her that he was going to drown her. So she jumped off the boat to get away from him and the Red Cross rescued her from the water. This started a little bit after his wife went down to sleep. There's nothing in the report about him trying to have sex with her. She said she had no idea what set him off.

To be fair, as an Irishman who followed his progress from the very beginning - it’s not that I knew he was a prick & overlooked it, its more that I didn’t hear any stories about him being a prick until after he had made it. And 99% of those prick stories have taken place since he got mega rich. So it’s possible he was always a prick as you say, but I would suggest that the general public weren’t overlooking it, we only found about it when he really made it big, which is when any prick genes in him really started to shine.
To clarify - I’m talking serious shit, not stuff like trash talking.

He implicated too hard. You gotta let the implication do the work, not do the work of the implication.
For the record, never put someone in a situation where there's an implication. If you're putting in work to make it harder for the other person to say no, just stop and reevaluate yourself.

Along with that fellow arrested in what, Romania? The kick boxing guy? He has a ton of videos saying wild crap too, along with a following. Not really what you'd call positive role models. Think part of his defence (probably most of it) is that he's donning a persona - idk who could don a persona so awful and sleep well at night. Jerks

Andrew Tate is a grifter douchebag who scams 15 year olds on the internet.
McGregor is just insane.
57
u/Majestic-Marcus 9d ago
McGregor is just insane.
No. Tate is undeniably worse but McGregor isn’t ‘just’ insane. That massively downplays what he is.
The man is just a terrible person. He’s good at hurting people, which is fine if it stays within a regulated sport, with rules and officials. It doesn’t though. He takes it outside of the ring. He punched an old man for not wanting to drink his whiskey ffs.

u/Trifle_Intrepid 9d ago
The allegations of what happened on the boat too. If he literally assaulted a woman, in view if other people- and no one said anything. How many other times did he smack someone, and those around him stayed mum? Either for fear of reprisal? Or maybe losing the influence over someone with $$$. If that woman had drowned for whatever reason, it may have been chalked up to a "boating accident"

McGregor is cocky and a terrible person, but Tate actively goes out of his way to make other people's lives worse, while teaching an entire generation of youths to do the same. I'll take McGregor any day.

He's thicker, tighter, and rock-hard. Loving the progress, he's really pushing the limits of how thick, tight, and rock-hard a man can get. When he gets moist and sweaty in a sauna, he looks at least 10x harder, tighter, and thicker than before.

This headline immediately reminded me of the death of actress Natalie Wood.
EDIT: Natalie Wood in the middle of the night decided to flee the yacht she was on and take her chances in the Pacific Ocean, even though she couldn't swim and was terrified of water all her life. Maybe. Law enforcement was never able to determine how she ended up in the water in the first place. Her body was found with a number of bruises and a facial cut that couldn't be adequately explained. I think they tried to say that her injuries might've been caused by her trying to climb back onto the yacht or perhaps a dinghy that was found beached nearby, but, nobody knows. Her husband (Robert Wagner; Number 2 in "Austin Powers") claimed he went to bed and she wasn't with him so he didn't know anything about it.
EDIT 2: Initially I wrote that Lee Majors was her husband. I was going off of memory and I have no clue why I mixed him up with Robert Wagner. Thank you to u/detmeng for pointing out my error. Everything else should be correct though.
